MIEDOR is a small Nordic dessert atelier taking shape in Trondheim. This page explains, plainly, how we handle the personal information you share with us during our pre-launch phase.
What we collect
We collect only the details you choose to give us — typically your first name and email address, and, for collaboration enquiries, your organisation and a short message. We do not collect payment information or track you across other websites.
How we use it
Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if you opted in, to send occasional MIEDOR pre-launch updates — tastings, seasonal news, and first access to the Founding Circle.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from MIEDOR updates at any time, or ask us to delete your information entirely. Simply write to hello@miedor.no and we will take care of it.
